What we collect
- Order requests: name, phone, email, optional company and comment, and selected lines.
- Technical data: basic server logs (IP, time, URL) needed to run and secure the site.
Card payment is not accepted on this site — invoice and payment are handled by the shop.
Why we process data
- to receive and fulfil your request (contract / pre-contract steps);
- to contact you about the order;
- to keep the service secure and working.
Retention
Order records are kept as long as needed for shop operations and accounting, then deleted or anonymised. You may ask us to erase or correct data where the law allows.
Cookies & local storage
- Cart — stored in your browser (localStorage), not sent until you submit a request.
- Staff sign-in cookies for shop employees; not used on the storefront.
We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies on the public site.
Your rights (GDPR / Estonia)
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability, and object to certain processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
